By combining artificial intelligence and technology developed in part by the German space industry, our IQ Firewatch solution, in combination with other mitigation platforms, outperforms any conventional early wildfire and forest fire detection method, whether it’s CCTV cameras, spectroscopy, or infrared.

Our end-to-end solution supports emergency response teams by helping accelerate their response time while also preserving public safety through community-wide alarm systems. Once a fire or hazard is detected, day or night, emergency responders are immediately notified. Siren alarm site locations warn the public, alerting them of any necessary precautions. These locations are selected based on a sound map study, which helps us make sure the siren reaches as many people as possible.

We provide these solutions and the associated monitoring as both a service to municipalities, as well as developing other financing solutions to reduce and eliminate costs to taxpayers. Telecom towers, which are going to built in many areas anyways, are ideal for deploying the IQ FireWatch system for two reasons: strong wireless service is critical to alerting first responders and the public to fires, and integration with telecom infrastructure makes our solution sustainable and scalable in the long term.

The multipurpose structures also make the IQ FireWatch system affordable in California and beyond in the long term.
