Municipal Program Model
Illumination Technologies has established strategic alliances with local agencies through a municipal agreement structure for the implementation of the “Municipal Program” to develop projects that will contribute to the improvement of quality of life and safety in cities and towns. The projects will depend on specific community needs and desires.
THE PROJECT WILL HAVE NO COST FOR THE MUNICIPALITY.
The alliance to develop the Municipal Program includes:
Illumination Technologies is responsible for the design, construction, installation, operation and ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure and its public safety service elements.
The municipality does not have to invest in the system. Illumination Technologies is responsible for the implementation of the project with municipal authorization and oversight.
Revenues generated through leasing of the base infrastructure within public ROW to the cellular telecommunications carriers fund the public safety public benefit services provided by Illumination Technologies.
Authorization to use public spaces: Roads, streets, parks, etc.
